Blue Moon Balm is a potent therapeutic salve guided by the healing principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine: warming, moving herbs are the antidote to alleviate the above symptoms marked by coldness and stagnation.

A blend of Hawai‘i grown, hot-natured & stimulating herbs ~ including Ginger, Turmeric & Cinnamon ~ boost local circulation, warm the tissues and relieve pain. The center of each balm features a ‘blue moon’ of soothing Blue Chamomile essential oil.

RITUAL

Massage on to abdomen, low back, sore muscles, achey joints and cold hands & feet as needed. As you create friction while applying the balm, you'll feel a gentle sense of heat being generated from the warming herbs. To augment this effect, cover the afflicted area with a hot pouch or heating blanket.

To help relieve cramping or stomach aches, make small gentle circles in a clockwise spiral outwards from your belly button and give extra love to tender spots.

SAFETY

Due to the inclusion of Mugwort, Blue Moon Balm is not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Warming Relief in the Palm of Your Hand

After using this balm consistently over the past two weeks, this has got to be one of my favorite IE purchases. I purchased the Blue Moon Balm to specifically help alleviate shoulder and lower abdominal pain. I also wanted something that wouldn't leave marks on or hurt my (sensitive) skin, as I've had multiple instances of pain-relieving patches irritating my skin. The balm melts smoothly and quickly; it also has a pleasant, slightly "spicy"(for a lack of a better adjective) scent that fades away shortly after application. In my experience with the balm, the warmth begins a minute or two after application and has done wonders to help ease my muscle aches. Pairing the balm with some massaging of my muscles, my pains have gone away within a day or two. I'm grateful for this product. Thank you!

Love this catch all balm!

This balm is fantastic for so many things – from a sore stomach to sore back to staying warm on a cold night. I struggle with circulation & temperature regulation, so this has been especially helpful at the end of long days when my body is exhausted & rapidly losing heat. A must have for your medicine cabinet!

Comforting warmth ...

Just by total coincidence, right when I received this Blue Moon Balm in the mail, my on again/off again shoulder issue started to flare up (pain lifting my arm and overall soreness in the shoulder cap area). I used the Blue Moon Balm which provided a comforting warming heat, topped with some magnesium cream to get me relaxed and restful ... a 2 handed punch! The other really nice thing about the Blue Moon Balm is that it does not leave a lingering "menthol" smell on your body (think Bengay or Salonpas ... umm, no thank you). There is an initial spicy scent when you rub it into your skin but it disappears shortly after and YES you are safe to go into the office without smelling like your 80 year old grandpa :-)

So soothing

I received this just in time… it was a heavy flow day. Once I massaged it into my tummy and muscles, it only took moments to feel relief. I was able to rest and relax for the rest of the day. I love the fragrance, too.

A few day later my dad mentioned he felt some numbing in his legs, possibly from arthritis. He said using the Blue Moon made it feel like it was “waking up” and definitely helped him feel better!

All of our elixirs ship via USPS with eco-friendly packing materials. No pricing info is included in the box, so every
