Set Up Rewards & Referrals
Create Your Rewards Account
Follow the steps below to create your Rewards account and start earning points & referral discounts.
1. Create a Site Account
If you don't already have one, click the Register/Login icon on the top right corner of every page ~ only your name and email address are required to sign up.
2. Sign in to the Indigo Rewards Dashboard
Click the floating Indigo Rewards button on the bottom right and enter your site login into the popup window. Make sure you are signed in before making a website purchase so the points are added to your account!
Get Your Referral Link to Share with Friends
Our Referrals program gets you a $10 discount when a friend uses your link to place an order, and they get $10 off!
Once you've created a site account and logged in to your Rewards account, simply scroll down on the dashboard to the Referrals section. Here you'll find your unique share link, which you can copy and send to friends for $10 off their first purchase.
Once a friend uses your link to place an order, you'll earn a $10 shop credit that you can apply to a future purchase.
Please note that your link discount can be used once per customer, but there is no limit to how many friends can use your link ~ so share the love!
Because only one discount can be applied per purchase, referral discounts cannot be combined with other codes or offers.
Earning & Spending Points
Ways to Earn Points
The Rewards program runs on a point system, where specific actions & purchases earn points toward discounts. All of your available earning options are visible in the Rewards Dashboard under Ways to Earn.
Be sure to sign in to your Rewards account when completing any of the following actions to ensure you earn the points!
• Sign up for Rewards account = 250 points
• Place an order = 2 points for every $1 spent
• Review a product = 200 points per review
• Follow us on Instagram = 200 points
• Like our Facebook Page = 200 points
• Share one of our posts on Facebook = 200 points per share
• Celebrate a birthday = 200 points every year
Redeem Points for Discounts
In the Rewards Dashboard, click Your Rewards and then select an available reward and click Apply Code to automatically input the discount code at checkout.
The following discount rewards will become available to use as soon as you earn enough points:
250 points = $5 off
500 points = $10 off
1,000 points = $25 off
2,500 points = 25% off
4,000 points = 40% off
5,000 points = $100 off
Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or storewide sales. Only one discount code can be entered per purchase at checkout.
Reward FAQ
Why can't I use the points I've accrued?
We allow customers to accrue points with each purchase as a guest, but to redeem points for discounts you need to create an account through our website ~ see section on how to 'Create Your Rewards Account' above.
Why am I not able to apply a reward discount at checkout?
If you're having trouble applying your reward, it could be because 1) there is another discount applied at checkout (for example, a shop wide sale) or 2) you don't have enough points for the reward.

I just placed an order but I forgot to apply my discount!
If you have enough points for a specific discount did not use another discount code at checkout, send an email to team@indigoelixirs.com and we can manually apply the discount for you.
