Do I need prior experience with herbalism?

No, this guide is designed specifically for beginners to the subject. But if you already have some herbal knowledge and want to hone-in your infusing skills, it will still be helpful!

Do I need special equipment?

Our preferred infusion method utilizes a crockpot, but you can absolutely use one that you also cook with. This guide also covers oven infusions.

Otherwise you'll need a clean mason jar, herbs & carrier oil. Most unrefined cooking oils, like Olive, Coconut or Avocado, can be used as a base for your infusions.

Can I use herbs from my garden?

Yes! As long as you know what's growing and confirm its safety for topical use, the guide will share basic harvesting tips and how to prep your herbs for infusing.
