For exceptionally dry, chapped or raw skin, apply anywhere from head to toe, including the lips, face and scalp, as often as needed. Slather onto exposed areas before braving harsh elements like extreme cold or sunlight. Massage onto skin just after bathing for the best absorption and to seal in moisture. Use just before bed for areas like hands and feet to allow skin to repair while you sleep.

For sun damage & scars, apply daily. Regular massage is especially vital to break up scar tissue, restoring proper cellular function & health to the the area.
