OVERVIEW

Awaken your night's eye and activate dreamtime with this Mugwort-infused balm. Sourced fresh from the herbalist's garden, Mugwort has an ancient reputation for bringing clarity & lucidity to our dreams, and also for inciting dreams of premonition. A dab of Lucid Dream Balm under the nose before bed is all you need to enjoy her magical effects. 

In addition to dream-stimulating properties, this formula has been known to encourage a more restful & deeper slumber. At the center of each balm is a blended drop of Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, to open the third eye, and Big Island Vetiver green essential oil, to keep you grounded while you explore the dream realm.

RITUAL

Apply a dab under the nose before bed (the key is to smell it while you sleep). You can also apply it to your third eye, temples, and throat as desired. With regular use, this balm may help increase dream recall & vividness, and can serve as a tool for experienced dreamers to achieve lucidity over time.

Keep in mind that Mugwort is known to have an accumulating effect ~ the longer you use it, the stronger the results.

Encourage dream exploration by creating a relaxing nighttime routine. Avoid screens and engage in activities that ease the mind & body for at least an hour or two before bed, such as meditation or light reading. Upon waking, take a few minutes to reflect on your dreamtime before getting up and write down any details you remember in a dream journal.

Due to the inclusion of Mugwort, Lucid Dream Balm is not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding.

How are items shipped? When will I receive my order?

All of our elixirs ship via USPS with eco-friendly packing materials. No pricing info is included in the box, so every
package is ready for gifting!

We ship orders within 1 to 7 days of purchase. Once in transit, destinations within Hawai'i typically take 1 to 3 days for delivery while U.S. mainland orders usually arrive within 3-7 days.
