About the Herb:
What other herb invokes a cooling & refreshing energy more so than Mint? The flavor & medicinal benefits of this leafy aromatic botanical have long been treasured around the world.
Across the Mint genus ~ Mentha ~ you'll find many similar species with their own unique flair, from ubiquitous Peppermint & Spearmint to more niche Pineapple Mint & Chocolate Mint.
Whichever variety you choose, Mint will always aid in opening the vessels to improve circulation, ease tension & relieve pain. She will also soothe digestion, vent a fever, and calm irritated skin.
One of my favorite ways to enjoy this herb is as a simple tea. Throw a couple of fresh sprigs or tablespoon of any kind of dry Mint into hot (or cold) water, steep for a few minutes, and sip for a midday pick-me-up or an after dinner palette cleanser.
Mint has long been an ally of mine, and you'll find her in several of our formulations ~ particularly those for pain & congestion.
