GARDEN FIRST AID Kaka'ako Workshop 9.24
Learn how to use common garden plants for making first aid medicines during this interactive workshop at the Kaka'ako Ocean Friendly Garden.
We'll go over how to make an Aloe bandaid for cuts & scrapes, a Comfrey poultice for injuries, and an herbal vinegar tincture for rashes & wound care. Each participant will craft their own jar of vinegar to take home.
All proceeds from the workshop will be donated to benefit the Ocean Friendly Garden, a volunteer drivern Surfrider community project for reducing stormwater runoff and promoting local food security.
